Steuben County Park is located near Angola on Crooked Lake. The campground is open from May 1st to October 1st. Another favorite camping location is Pokagon State Park which is located near Angola off I-69 at Lake James and Snow Lake. There are 200 electric and 73 non-electric camping sites, also a group camp area and youth tent areas. Pokagon is owned and operated by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
