Overview

The Office of Clerk of the Circuit Court is established by the Constitution of the State of Indiana to serve as record keeper for the Courts.  The Clerk is elected by the residents of Steuben County and is limited to serving two consecutive four-year terms in office.

Laws prohibit us giving out certain information over the phone.  It is best to come in to the Clerk's Office.

All payments for child support (other than cash) that does not come from an EMPLOYEE WITHHOLDING ORDER, must be sent to:
